Manayunk Commercial Water Damage

Failed plumbing can wet the floor space of an office in Manayunk very quickly. Our pictured equipment attempted to dry the glued down carpeting, but that can be a near-impossible task at times. We did remove it, drill weep holes to drain water from the walls, and to allow for heated air movers to circulate within the wall cavities to increase the drying rate and preserve the material. Less demolition is always our aim.
